Londis — Local services in Sheffield

Place is good, but the staff there have appalling customer service. Young fellow on till always have his phone out and speaking, when I asked where the biscuits was the fellow shouted from the till still on the phone, made me feel uncomfortable. Not long ago I asked for for a pack of B&H Blue KS and he gave me a L&B pack of ciggs instead, when i asked him for a refund he insisted saying that he gave me what I asked for but he was on his phone that day, the conversation to whoever he was speaking to must’ve been really aggressive he had a very pressured face on. Last time I had a visit I saw quite a few expiry items mainly the sandwiches and on the go burgers, were expired a few days before. Everytime I go to the shop I have very good memories of when it was a pub and very happy to what it has turned into today but I really do wish the customer service was as bright...

Most of the items are out of date when telling the staff they just put it back on shelf everything...
