Popeyes Express — Local services in Sheffield

I am very disappointed with our order tonight. We have been loyal customers, but recently our food we've had has been very poor. Our orders are big every time we order due to the size of our family. The chips we all received with our meals were refired chips.

That means they were chips that have been cooked, its obvious they have been sitting for a while and have gone cold. What has happened the chips have been put back into the fryer to reheat then served to us. How do I know this? I used to be a chef and know that's what has been done.

If this is how Popeyes staff think they can treat us then we will not be ordering from here again.

I recently ordered from this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience.

First of all, the delivery took an hour, which is longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked to find that they had delivered the wrong dish.

To make matters worse, the chicken in the dish was moldy! This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their food safety standards.

Overall, this experience was not worth the money I spent. I will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend...
