Food was great, but watch your online orders and check your receipts. My receipt clearly stated both on email and online that I got a free garlic bread with my order (pictures attached). Went up to collect the order and realised no free garlic bread had been given. Got home and rang them up to ask and apparently they can’t give it because it’s not apart of the deal or anything that we ordered but both receipts clearly state that I get a free garlic bread. Quite rude on the phone and just cut us off.

It's a fantastic place for a reasonably-priced takeaway. The stand-out item on the menu has to be the homemade potato wedges; they're cheap, filling, and extremely tasty. They used to be a little softer, and it would be nice if they'd go back to being a little softer, but all in all, they're great. Wouldn't recommend getting lamb shish kebab from here as I'm not sure it's even lamb, to be quite honest - the meat is quite white/grey and pale, does not taste like lamb, and is more likely to be pork than anything else. Ordered over £20 didn't come with everything I ordered so rang back and person on phone didn't know how I ordered food as he ways asking online by different sites or phone but my number is saved on their system. Once my missing items did come they didn't turn out to be what I was gonna get. Sancos have changed the kebabs so my kabab came in a big silver tray with chips and a nan bread just thrown on top. On the paper menu it didnt say it can with chips or in a tray. But now I know they changed the men as I've only received the new menu with my delivery. I won't be ordering any kind of kebab food rn...
