PA Jewellery — Local services in Sheffield

I bought my fiancee's engagement ring from PA Jewellery, and have been back more recently with her to buy wedding rings. They are amazing.

I have been into various high-street chain jewellers before and found the staff rushed, the level of knowledge and advice variable, with varying degrees of "hard sell". PA are none of these things. Their customer service is among the very best I have ever experienced, in any situation - I really mean that! They know their stuff and have never tried to hurry us or tried any pushy sales tactics - total understanding that the jewellery had to be right for us, or we wouldn't buy. There was no problem with us making multiple visits, weeks apart, to try things on and think about what we wanted before committing.

Communication on our orders was always great - I never had to phone to check up on them, always got a call saying it was ready or an update on what stage things were at. Not to mention very friendly staff. Lastly don't assume this all means the prices will be through the roof - of course proper jewellery isn't cheap but I believe PA are pretty competitive, and offer a "price promise" too. The actual experience of shopping with them is worth a LOT...

I would just like to thank Jon and Ian and everyone else in the team who were incredibly polite and helpful in assisting me with my purchase of an Omega Seamaster recently. It's the first time I've used PA Jewellery so I was a little wary, but It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, nothing was too much trouble! When my watch arrived it was pristine. It's refreshing to get this level of customer service which I can only compare with John Lewis! I would thoroughly recommend them!

An absolute massive thank you to Ian and the team once again, after recently helping me with an engagement ring which was made in house, from the selection of the diamond and setting to his advice in the sizing, which was spot on, and was my biggest concern as i live in London and didn't know the size. i was so thrilled when I received the ring it was beyond perfect, absolutely beautiful! once again thank you so much! You're now my go to jewellers!

We wanted two mens wedding rings that were our own, not plain bands of gold. That was where our knowledge and imagination ended. Ian listened to us both, to what we didn't want.We left the challenge there and from that point we started a process that was just fun. Ian asked questions, said what maybe possible and went away. He then send a CAD drawing of identical rings that when we first saw them realised that this was indeed what we wanted all along, we just didn't know it. Each and every stage was made fun by PA and their team. We collected the rings with as much fun and empathy as we had received from day one.
