This is a lovely little studio, I've not been to many pottery places but it is expensive for a day out with kids very small pottery items to paint start at around £8 which the kids don't tend to go for, otherwise a mug starts at £20 and so on..... there's a few refreshments on offer, I believe its under new management, we had a little run through of how to use the paints etc, my main issue was getting intouch with the place, constantly ringing, no answer or closed, no response to answer message, the lady did say WiFi was up and down but this happened on a few occasions when trying to call which I found a little disappointing and potentially could loose them business - owner replied to comments and I completely understand it can be difficult and hope things can be resolved in regards to contact, as I mentioned primarily its a lovely place to go and for us to spend family time and I would recommend despite these initial...

Products were left to be put in the kiln and I was assured that smudges would be removed and sorted before it was finished and put in the kiln, this didn't happen. Overall I like the idea, disappointed by the service and lack of helpful, friendly staff. Final Product finish was good but would of been nicer if they had done what they said they would....
