Arranged to collect a parcel from the shop as it is round the corner from my parents timed it to collect after an arranged visit to find out that I can’t collect between 3-4:15pm due to school kids, I live at other side of Sheffield and was not told when booking online to avoid certain times! The shop was empty and still wouldn't be flexible, customer service is ridiculous! Looking at other reviews if they don’t like providing the parcel service then don’t provide it simple! Definitely won’t be using again or buying anything from the shop, not happy at all, now I have to return out of my way if I could give zero...

Having previously given a good review, I'm unfortunately having to update it following multiple negative experiences here. On a few occasions we have bought products and later found they were out of date/ off. E.g. bread which we found mould on when we opened the packet at home. Shouldn't really have been sold to us in the first place. I've also been turned away when there were 2 other customers in the store, not in the queue, when I went to collect parcels and was told 'they were too busy, come back after...

Don’t take parcels here to post. The man is rude and clearly hates the parcel side of things (should have know by the sign, before you even go in, on the door with times you couldn’t drop parcels off!). I queued for a good 5 minutes to post some parcels (fine) but when I got to the counter he put my two packages to one side and said he needed to serve the people behind me in the queue first! It’s the nearest drop-off shop to me but I go to any other place...
