Hazel Spice cuisine — Local services in Stockport

I ordered from deliveroo tonight. I was pleased to find that the expected delivery time was only 30 minutes. Then 45 minutes later I was still okay that my order status had only just changed to on route. However 1 hour and 30 minutes after I placed my order the restaurant changed my order status to delivered. Nobody had been. Nobody had called. I spent another 30 minutes speaking with live chat support as the restaurant wasnt answering calls. Finally the chat said they would give me a refund as it seemed my order had disappeared off the face of the earth and nobody was able to contact. I began cooking my own dinner, then low and behold the doorbell. Poor delivery guy got the brunt of my hanger as I unloaded my frustrations on him. I know it wasnt the poor guys fault, but how else do I get contact through to the restaurant when they dont answer?! They had added a few extra bits which were useless to me. So I couldnt eat them. All I wanted was an accurate update and not to lie about the order having been delivered. This caused me so much hassle and stress. Now I feel guilty about the delivery boy, when I was just trying to give feedback. And to add to this, I dont eat dairy, and the rice definitely had butter in it, which wasnt stated on the menu. Been using this place for over 12 month. Unable to order a curry because I’ve moved house and my card is not yet registered to this address so they refuse to take payment. Iv been a loyal customer for so long and now will never used this place again awful excuse for not delivering. Thanks...

Ordered on line for first time, and easy to set account up, menu varied so options for everyone, ordered 2 of the bad boy boxes, and very impressed, only change i would make if possible next time,is to ask for bit more salad and a bit less fries, but still a bargain...
