Very peculiar experience. You actually get followed around the stores b&m and poundland in particular in a very intrusive uncomfortable peculiar manner when your just shopping casually minding your own business. Its very very intrusive very weird and above all very very creepy. Also they all stand about gossiping in a very peculiar oddball manner which is not a good look whatsoever and above all its extremely unprofessional. Also its a very sad and very desperate look and gives off a very bad impression of westwood cross. These creepy peculiar oddball tyrants should really learn 2 mind their own business and take their noses out of other peoples business especially londoners just going about their business. Any fellow londoners reading this boycott this shopping centre at all costs as it has a very uncomfortable creepy peculiar red neck vibe 2 it. Westwood Cross is probably the best place to shop in Thanet, especially since most high street clothing stores in the surrounding towns have shut down. It offers around 40 shops, with popular names like Primark, TK Maxx, JD Sports, Savers, Boots, M&S, and Riparo Eatery. Across the car park, you’ll find Vue Cinema, the casino, Thai Village, Nando’s, Frankie & Benny’s, Ask Italian, and a Travelodge.

That said, the overall appearance of the shopping centre is quite dull and could really benefit from some decorative updates to make it more inviting. The atmosphere feels a bit lifeless, and the website is rarely updated as some stores listed are no longer even trading. The large car park is handy but often busy, and while there are disabled bays available, they’re frequently full. Public toilets are available, but there is no signing.
