Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Thanet

Today 3rd of March. No busier than a normal sat. 2 new staff. NOT REGULAR service for this 5* place. APPALLING. Tables left dirty, stacks if washing up, cups not clean. Haven't bothered to clear up Any tables. The girl was drinking coffee when there was clearing to be done. Disgraceful. The gentleman delivered food to a table with 3 trays of dirty crockery and didn't even remove a single one for the poor customer to eat properly at her table. Situated without n Waterstones bookshop so pleasant environment, if a little cramped. Good description of types of coffee available. Prices just reasonable but cakes far too expensive for size. Only two staff so service slow and tables not cleared. No better or worse than most UK Coffee shops unfortunately. This might be an " Italian coffee experience" but it cannot be compared to Italy where quality, price and service is much higher at...

My mum , sister and I, visit every week, always enjoy it. Until today 🙄 I asked for a toasted tea cake, then I was asked if I wanted 1or 2 pat's of butter, because it comes with 1 , if you want another one , you have to pay for it 😡 now come on really!!! You mean to tell me they can't give you 2 butter's two put on your toasted tea cake that's cut into two....
