Subway — Restaurant in Thanet

Rude staff! The entire establishment especially behind the counter was filthy, there was several bits of chicken in with the cheese slices and my partner is vegetarian so therefore he couldn't have any cheese.. I had a meal deal and at the end when paying I asked for a coke and got given a cup, I then went to the drink dispensary to then find out that the dispensary doesn't now supply sugar drinks and there was no full fat coke in the fridge therefore leaving me no choice but to have a drink I didn't want (this should have been told to me when ordering.) My sub was so small I measured it against my 6inch long phone and it was I would say about 2inches off of 6inches! And to top it off when sitting down and eating my lunch a lady asked someone behind the counter if there were lids anywhere so she could close her drink, a guy said there were some there? I said to the lady that I wasn't sure because I couldn't find them either? A guy who was covered in tattoos then stropped out of the kitchen, he had to tip toe to grab these lids because they were so high up and far away, slammed them down in front of her which made her jump and then walked away shaking his head and rolling his eyes! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, disgusting customer service, health and hygiene is next to none and meat contamination too. Ordered from Uber, both subs wrong. Mine had cucumber and pepper (didn’t ask for) and no sweetcorn (did ask for) I had 1 leaf of lettuce in the whole sub. My partner had sweetcorn (didn’t ask for) and some disgusting brown fishy sauce which made it inedible for him. Called the shop and they said they’d made it perfectly? LOL. Always a big fan of Subway , this one was no exception. The guy that made my sandwich clearly knew what he was talking about. I chatted to him briefly before he made my sandwich. He asked me what I wanted , I said you know what you are doing , you make me what you think I would like. Best subway I've ever had , I had to eat it in two sittings.
