Lovely nature reserve with a few variations of different paths to follow. There's a couple of seats dotted around, so nice to sit and enjoy the tranquillity and wildlife of the area. We're not sure if we were allowed to park where we did but couldn't find anywhere to safely park near an entrance. Great place for a walk or run, by yourself or in a group. Can get muddy in winter so old trainers or wellies. A pint or meal at the Heron on the Ford tops it off nicely. I wouldn't recommend the Waggon and Horses pub. Although their car park has one of the entrances to the nature reserve, the landlord doesn't like runners and blocks their cars in...
