Went in today to purchase a disposable vape, but decided that since I spend enough money on them that I wanted to venture back into the refillable world. Things have changed since I last purchased a refillable vape, they now have two different kinds of liquids you fill, the rigs are now rechargeable without having to switch out batteries, some have coils and some donāt, etc. Itās a little overwhelming to say the least. The red headed girl - didnāt catch her name - that was helping me initially, was informing me to some extent. Her methodology of describing how things worked was her blowing a cloud, and telling me that was the main difference between a āfree baseā and āsalt nicā liquid. I somehow needed coils to swap between the two, but they were out of stock so she wasnāt able to explain to me why I needed to swap the coils if I wanted to interchange the liquids. Rather than just explain it to me why I needed to do so, I was hit with a āIāll try and explain it one more time, but then Iāll just have to send you to googleā followed by a very facetious eye roll. After telling her she didnāt have to be rude about it, she started to argue that she wasnāt, wouldn't let me talk, and then told me she wasn't going to sell me anything. I mean, sure I understand they were busy with the three other customers in the store buying tobacco and disposable vapes, but if Iām gonna drop over $100 on merch I want to know what Iām getting into. The other gentleman working didnāt even pause or try to intervene, just ignored the whole situation at hand and blew me off as well. The whole reason I go into a store and talk to a person is so that they can demonstrate and show me how things work in person, and so that I donāt funnel money into Jeff Bezos pocket and keep it in the local community and support local business. If you cant explain it in a way that even a toddler can understand, then why would you be in sales or customer service? A shame that the major vape store in Aberdeen lost a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is garbage. They Sell a product that doesnāt work. Thinking to my self no big deal. Iāll just take it back and exchange. Get there and they say all sales are final. Like I get all sales final if like you didnāt like the taste ect. However selling a product that is defective and doesnāt work at all. One worker told me and I quote āwell you know they are discounted for a reasonā - Hannah. The way they treated me and tried to shift the blame to me for ānot checking the product right there in the storeā. So make sure to open everything you have first in the store and stand in line and waste even more time. Hope everyone quits supporting a business that knowingly sells...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI buy my vape juice and coils here all the time. Everyone is very friendly, they are always open when they say they're going to be open, and they have a good selection of products (especially considering I donāt buy the most trendy thing, I like my old school box mod/tank set up). Their rewards program is very good, and they remind me to use it, which I appreciate a lot. Prices are high on vape products everywhere (I have been in other states and another country in the last year), and I think they're doing as well as they can to keep...
