Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Worst pizza. Chewey. Cold. So my family said... We wont be ordering again. Downloaded app. Made order. Paid. Picked up. Pizza was WRONG. Asked for NO sauce. If you CANT eat sauce and its 101 outside with a baby in tow..at 5pm...to go back to store to get refunded and still have no dinner is beyond Irritating. Called store asked for refund. Talked to a teenager who had the phone charisma of a rock. Never offered to correct situation. Didnt offer apology. Pretty much grunted one word responses at me while i asked for my money back.... And then he said i cant give you a refund over the phone ma'am...wait... I have to go back out in the heat at 5 pm with 2 yr old in tow....??? no thank you.. i can PAY YOU OVER THE PHONE but am not entitled to my money back without hassel. Or at least with some empathy.....? I might as well have gone to perkins. At least when they get our food wrong i can have refund right away without traveling again. Owner Tim schaffer is getting a call monday. We have gotten food From this store a total of 3 times. Every time is a disappointment. With the exception of in store cahsier a few weeks ago smiled alot during pick up. Even then...

Yesterday, I went to visit the store at around 6 or 7 at night and the treat toward me and my daughter was horrible. First of all, they left me waiting without even telling me that they would see me soon. And the saddest thing was when they ripped the pizza out of my underage daughter's hands "because she had to pay first"... that's how the person who attended me replied that he didn't even give me a purchase receipt. I am a regular customer, I almost always order online and this time I decided to enter the store, I was with money in hand when this person decided to treat us that way. My daughter left the place crying, it was horrible. The world needs more patience,...

Horrible customer service from a female that works there, don't know her name. Around 6:13pm on June 30th, waited for our food along with another customer and the lady at the counter just had such a nasty attitude with everyone and got someone's order wrong because she didn't wanna listen and then when I asked for an extra sauce she got an even bigger attitude and threw the sauce from the fridge to the counter (about 4 feet) and gave even more of an attitude. Absolutely bullshit and uncalled for especially since we all watched her walk into the building with that attitude. Definitely made me feel so unwelcomed and uncomfortable to the point I don't think I will ever order...
