I had an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at this UPS Store. This morning, the post office attempted to deliver a package there, and the supervisor refused it, reportedly saying, "Her name is not good here." That statement alone felt outright rude and unprofessional.
When I called to ask about it, the supervisor didn’t deny it or apologize. Instead, she bluntly said, "Yes, I refused this package because you cannot just send your packages here without having a mailbox." I found this confusing because I have successfully sent packages there multiple times before. She then claimed that the policy had changed—but at no point did she apologize for the inconvenience or the inappropriate way the situation was handled.
This entire experience left me feeling not only disrespected but also questioning whether there was an underlying bias involved. A business should treat all customers with professionalism and courtesy, regardless of their background. If policies change, they should be communicated properly, not in a way that makes someone feel unwelcome or singled out.
I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects respectful...

Read moreI was in town on business and I needed color prints made quickly. The print shop down the street didn't have anyone who could print documents for me quickly. They actually recommended this UPS store.
I came in and the friendly lady at the counter took my order for color prints and said it would take about 15-20 minutes. I said okay no problem - I'll go get a sandwich. Came back. Everything was completed and she even gave me a couple of options of print sizes! Long story short, I am an unhappy customer of UPS overall. However, this UPS store, and their customer service, was great and is beginning to turn me back to UPS. I will be in town again for business and will go back to this UPS store...
