I was skeptical at first to personal training, but Rob went above and beyond and he continues to go above and beyond in his training. Rob started off by asking me what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve. Rob asked about any injuries I may have, and made sure to base my workouts around my injuries and personal abilities. Rob tracks my progress every 4-6 weeks with an assessment that is personal to me and an Evolt scan. Rob sits down with you to got over your progress and makes changes to your plan as needed. Rob found what type of workouts my body responds well to, and created a personalized weekly plan for me to follow. Rob is very personable with his clients and is willing to work around schedules to ensure you have time for your workouts, he has even came in on a day off to make sure I got my session in for the week. I really appreciate the care that Rob puts into getting to know you and your personal abilities. I like how he doesn’t have the same workout plan for everyone, and how he really listens to what your goals are. I love that anytime is open all hours of the day/night so when my brain won't shut down I can drive just a few blocks and get a work out in. Great environment. Plenty of equipment. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I've yet to see any type of dust or dirt; both Elma and Aberdeen locations are very clean. Warm, inviting atmosphere for SURE! Update: 'Abi' seems to feed off of drama and negativity outside of her place of employment, aka AnyTime Fitness. I actually stopped going while still paying for a few months specifically because of the dirty looks and sudden change in her attitude towards me. The worst part is it is all due to gym members mutually known and them engaging in slander, gossip and lies. It's extremely unprofessional. I did get my membership reinstated but now I do everything in my power to not go while Abi is on the clock.
