My experience with rac has been very unprofessional and shady. I started renting my ps5 back in January, in which I agreed to set my payments to have it payed off in the 6 month deadline, just to call them 6 months later and ask them why I am still getting charged. I’ve paid over 770 dollars in the course of 6 months just for them to tell me that I missed the due date and now I have to pay over 600$ (which puts you at almost triple the price of a base ps5). That is extortion, in its purest form to be exact. I repeat DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! You would be better doing pay in 4 through different companies, or pay in full from a store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD...

Go to Aron’s or any place else. Paid for over a year for unemployment insurance on my rentals. Went into the hospital for 2 weeks and called them from my hospital bed and told them I couldn’t make the payment and asked about the insurance. Was told I couldn’t use it but they would work with me and just make half the payment. Now I got laid off, payment due the 25th and asked if I can make it on the 1st and was told no. Needless to say they scammed me for a year on something they wouldn’t let me use that I paid for. Do t go here, go anywhere else. not recommended! With this pandemic going on. I reschedule the payment and they still took the money even when i asked if i can pay it on my next paycheck. And they agreed and asked when i can pay it and i gave them the date and they said okay.
