I ordered flowers to be delivered site unseen. When they arrived I was so disappointed. They were about 10 stems thrown together in a vase that was too big for the flowers. There was no greenery or a bow on the vase. My 3-year-old granddaughter could have done a better job. When you walk into the store and you look in their case all of their bouquets looked very professional. But if you order them to be delivered beware A family member then ordered another bouquet to be delivered a couple days ago not knowing my story. And again there was no greenery the vase was too big for the flowers all you saw was stem and vase. It's like they don't care when the flowers are to be delivered. I will never ever ever use them again!!! So much for shopping at a local business. I will order from a corporation. At least you know what...

We received a call on Thursday that the service for a family member had been scheduled for the next day and no flowers had been ordered. We called the mortuary and asked for the name of a local florist, and Harbor Blooms was recommended. We then called and ordered a casket spray, and told them we needed it delivered by noon the following day. The customer service was outstanding, and the flowers were breathtakingly beautiful. I'm very pleased first time client and I will use the for all me flower needs! I called for a delivery of flowers to my grandma's house before Valentine's day I live out of town and they made the most beautiful arrangement for her only down side delivery was set to be at her back door not her front porch wasn't discover for a week flowers were ok but when Grandma called they assured her that she would get fresh flowers and even chocolate!
