The Tap Room — Restaurant in Aberdeen

I came here after work one day to get a quick beer before going home to my fatass wife. When I sat down, the owner (pictured here) asked what I wanted to drink as I was sitting down and he immediately poured what I was going to order before I ever opened my mouth. He slid the beer all the way down bar and it landed perfectly in front of me. I was amazed by his accuracy. My fatass wife doesn’t have the skills that owner of the Tap Room does. At least on this night, the atmosphere was one in which you couldn't hear the person next to you because of that one super loud table. Fortunately, outdoor seating was available and we relocated. Pizza was really amazing, despite the very limited option of toppings (vegetable toppings include tomato, mushroom, jalapeño, and olives). Bartender was great and took care of everyone both inside and outside. A handful of local beers are available as well. Overall a great stop except for the table you could clearly hear while using the restroom or sitting outside...

The Tap Room has what I call the 'magic trifecta.' Cold drinks, exquisite food and professional staffing. As a frequent visitor from Seattle, I can always count on this place to be consistent in its overall service and hospitality. Unlike other bars in the area that lack the knowledge and expertise of the beer and/or cocktails served, the staff here are all well educated on different beers and taste styles.
