Carolyn helped me find my dream chair. It is a power recliner. The controls are by the right cup holder. There are one in each arm. They are lighted. And there is a secondary light under the cups that go on or off so you can find the holders without turning on the lights and disturbing others.

The recliner gives you so many options. It has a moving head rest that makes the recliner like a regular chair with your feet up or like a regular recliner to lay all of the way down. It is firm and comfortable. Not mushy.

It is a dark brown microfiber. Very attractive and looks expensive.

They had a great selection. And the prices are right. The delivery guys were quick and careful.

I ordered a jofran barn door bedroom set August 2020. I still have not recieved my head board I ordered. They gave me a head board to hold over until I got the right one. However it has been a year now. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund off the difference or the correct head board I already paid for a year ago. I never receive a call back after I reach out to them about it. I had to wait 7 months just to get my bedroom set alone now it has been a year and still no head board. I find this to be very frustrating and unprofessional especially since I spent over $10,000 at this store. I lost everything in a house fire in 2019 and for the most part I was happy with the purchases but this is unacceptable to have to wait a year and no one ever...

I called Furniture world , explained I need a bed that day and my father was coming home from hospital. Quoted prices and asked if I could pick up in afternoon. Lady said no problem. Offered to give payment over phone, she said they had plenty of Mattresses and box springs. We get there explained I had called in am, she Remembered me calling. She then told me that they only had the mattress available and I’d have to come back again tomorrow and get the box springs.
