This is not my first time to complain about the blonde manager with the head band and bun at this location. I called into corporate 1 year ago but, clearly the owners of this store does not care about customer service. I work at a nearby establishment and every time I go in she is beyond hateful. There is constant turnover in the staff because she is so mean.Today was by far the worst experience I had had. I witnessed her degrade several customers one for ringing the bell after waiting a few minutes in the lobby. The other person she was mean to was an elderly man that was there for a sand-which pick up and they did not have his order ready. She rudely stated he must be at the wrong location because they didn't have his order. She then ignored the elderly man who was waiting to show his receipt. The man was indeed correct about his pickup order they had just missed it. The third incidence was a woman nicely asked if the toaster was not working because she overheard the worker say it. The manager states, "there is a big sign on the door". The customer said, "I'm sorry I thought it said tester not working." The manager then starts talking under her breath and tells the cashier to go check the door sign. The cashier holds up the signs and says, "THE SIGN SAYS TOASTER!" They then rewrite the sign and stick the old sign right in front of the customer on the glass. The customer was tired of being rudely treated and told the manager she was not longer interested in getting food and left. Subway sent coupons to our homes and this location puts up a sign and staff complain customers are taking advantage . That's crazy. Our family of five walked out. Two different households get coupons. I took my 2 foot long coupon and my son took his two foot long coupon. They said people are abusing them. Hopefully not talking about the kids in college who's parents give them coupons from their home. Who utilize them. The girl working their say they are now loosing money. We will not return. For our little league team we will not return. For our business meeting we will not return. For our catering we will not return. Your policy of not accepting coupons need to be looked at. Read moreThis is an excellent Subway restaurant. The bread and vegetables are fresh and ready to go. The fact that you get to choose what goes on your Subway sandwiches is the best part. You can switch things around each time you visit and have a custom sandwich made every time. The employees are friendly and willing to throw a little bit of extra vegetables or meat on your sandwich if you ask. Prices are extremely reasonable. This location was very clean. It is in a great location as it is near Hendrick Hospital and hardin-simmons University. What's also great about this Subway is that it's open 24 hours.
