Beware. They make a specific point of not posting their return policy, not telling you their return policy, and not printing their return policy on their receipts. 1st class store . I stopped in to buy a tripod for my wife who does take photos as part of her job responsibilities ( and I know nothing of any value about photo equipment). Store manager David walked me through the different options and when all was said and done recommended a tripod based on what made sense vs. upselling me on a bunch of bells and whistles at 3x the cost on the tripod I originally picked out (and which I would have gone for given my lack of knowledge ) .
