I called ahead to see if the console I was looking for was in stock and they told me it was. I showed up with my PS4 with the intent to trade it in towards a PS4 slim with a bigger hard drive and a bundled game at a great price. Turns out I needed to bring an HDMI with me so I drove home to get one. I returned to the store to make the deal and was immediately denied because I had once removed a factory sticker to see what it would take to open up the console and clean it out (PS4s collect a LOT of dust and run very loud as a result of the build up, especially the older ones). The stickers I removed were literally stuck to the top of the console and could have easily been reapplied. Once I realized that I didn't have the tools necessary to open the console, I stopped and left the rest of the stickers alone. Person at the counter said it would make no difference even if I reapplied the stickers on top of the console (this particular console was close to six years old, the factory warranty was well beyond void at this point). He then indicated that the company they send it to for refurbishment would assume I tampered or modified the console despite some of the factory stickers still being in the proper place and would therefore deny GameStop service/payment. He told me they could not buy the console period. I had never heard of a store refusing a console trade in because a factory sticker was out of place. I left the store. I then went to a competitors shop who: A) didn't care about the stickers when I specifically asked about them and B) price-matched the GameStop trade in deal. I won't be returning to this or...

The friendly and knowledgeable staff, led by Caden, are eager to assist with any questions or recommendations. Their passion for gaming and trading card games (TCG), particularly Pokémon cards, is very evident during each visit.
The store is well-organized and stocked with the latest games, consoles, accessories, TCGs, and Beyblades. Whether searching for new releases, pre-owned games, collectible cards, or spinning tops, the diverse selection ensures we find what we need. The staff takes the time to understand our preferences, making us feel valued. I appreciate that we can take our time to browse and make decisions without feeling rushed or compelled to buy something immediately.
The store often hosts new release events and promotions, creating a sense of community among gamers and TCG enthusiasts. These gatherings allow me to connect with others who share my interests. I particularly appreciate the purchase limits the employees enforce for Pokémon card releases, ensuring that many fans leave the store with something in hand.
In summary, this GameStop is my local go-to for all gaming needs, TCGs, and Beyblades. Exceptional service, a wide range of products, and a welcoming atmosphere make every visit positive and memorable. I highly recommend this store for...
Read moreIf I could 0 star this place I would. YOU know how there is thousands of Gamestops in the world. Well this one his by far the absolute worst. They are always giving you the wrong information on their products. How do you work with videos games all day, stock the store, and help technically if you don't even know anything about the products you sell. They are rude and always rushing. They should compensate customers for wasting time and gas coming here just to say they are sold out of something..even if you called prior. Normally Gamestop employees are extremely nice and educated on their products. NOT THIS ONE. Find another Gamestop or pay the price for their screw ups here. You've...
