Everything was going well until I said I didn’t want gel and that seemed to annoy my nail tech and every person she called over to the table. My hands were covered with dust and acrylic dried up on the edges of my fingers and the nail tech proceeded to get ready to put the clear nail polish on my nails. I had to ask to wash my hands and that was so awkward because they stood there looking at me in disgust. When I finished washing my hands, there was no offer of lotion or a hot towel like I see them give everyone else, it’s like they just wanted me out of there after I refused gel polish. It’s not a cost issue, it’s just a personal preference that I don’t want it. I love the way my nails turned out. I already had a colored acrylic so contrary to what they said, it’s holding up just fine with clear polish on top a week later, no chipping. I dried my nails, paid and left a tip but I’d never go back. There’s a reason why so many people are choosing to avoid nail salons and go to freelance nail techs, the customer service and attitude at salons makes for a not so relaxing experience. I was really hopeful that this would be a place I’d frequent but I’m not spending money to get attitude

Update: you are correct, I said at the very start I didn’t want gel so there’s no reason why it was constantly pushed on me towards the end when I made it clear before we started that I didn’t want it. It seems by your responses that you lack accountability for your customer service. Even when your employees were pictured sleeping, you had an excuse and were defensive and seem to do so for every low review. Again, I love my nails but the one star is for your behavior which your response clearly indicates is valid. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME if you value your time and customer service. While searching for a salon in my area I presented here because of the wonderful reviews posted. However, the reviews do not match the service and the lack thereof that I received.. I believe that the reviews that are posted are falsely posted. I called prior to coming and I asked what their wait time was. I was told 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later. I was told to sit in the pedicure chair. I sat and waited 35-40 minutes before receiving any additional service- no water in feet bowl. Once I began service I asked if my nails could be done simultaneously 15 minutes later, the gentleman came and told me no they could not do the nails in the same area as the pedicure however, there was a man that was sitting next to me who had both a pedicure and a manicure done at the same time as well as a lady receiving acrylic nails. He later explained there were others prior who were waiting before for me. I initially came in for 3 services but elected to have 1 because I had already wasted enough time. Don’t waste...

This my first time here and my last. It was pretty inside and the people were nice but the pricing and service sucked. Me and my best friend got 2 deluxe pedis $40 each and 1 polish regular medi $35 all for $115. the price that you’re paying and the service thats given in with a pedi is not giving. I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t be as disappointed if the service wasn’t so bad. The deluxe version was a regular pedi. Nothing special was added in it. No wax or rocks. Just a tablet in ur water that did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and a 6 min. “Massage” which was a mediocre rub, and they rub LIMES on your toes. Yes limes. 😂 There were workers sleeping next to us, they don’t take the time to massage you and get your ingrown toenails. I asked my tech if she could but she just kept saying she will which never did. This was my time to decompress and I didn’t feel relaxed.
