I am honestly disgusted by this Taco Bell experience and their ‘customer service’. We typically only ever do drive thru but tonight decided to do dine-in. We did our orders at the kiosk. I ordered cheesy roll ups for my daughter and a Nachos Bell Grande with no tomatoes, easy on the beans, extra meat, extra cheese, and extra sour cream. I ordered it this way because it never seemed like they put enough on there as it was. My name was called and I brought the bag to the table and opened up my nachos… I immediately showed my husband (who had ordered separately) and just laughed… I said there is no way this has extra.. I took it back up to the counter and an employee came to the counter and I said excuse me there was supposed to be extra meat and stuff on this and her response was ‘we put two scoops’… I was confused and started moving the chips around because the meat was literally in one little spot and I said but there’s like nothing in there and she again said ‘we put two scoops’… I walked away as she said something else and just put it in the bag while my family finished eating..
it’s no wonder this location has a 3.4 star rating and even that’s a little high. We will not be returning.

Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would, Last night my husband and I went to Taco Bell for dinner, we pulled up to the drive thru and placed our order, the young lady at the window was very nice and I think she was new but she was very pleasant. However, after we ordered and she asked us to check the screen some other woman got over the speaker and yelled at me about putting a Dorito shell in a Chalupa and how they absolutely could not do it, I did not ask for a Dorito shell in the Chalupa and yelling at me over the loud speaker was completely rude and disrespectful. If the young women at the window who had taken my order hadn't have been so wonderful I would have came in and talked to the manager about the other employee who was a down right jerk, and should probably never work in a job that deals with people. This happened around 6:30pm December 18, 2018 if the manager reads this and feels the need to have a chat with this negative employee about customer service. Read moreShort help like most places these days. However, the help they had didn't pay attention or care too much, not sure which. Couldn't get in drive thru, it was packed, dining room was packed when I went in. No cashier, but the huge tablet order taker was great, not great for older folks that don't understand. Then they go to the counter for assistance and can't get help. Three men came inside from the drive thru while I'm waiting, all three with wrong orders, hense the not paying attention or caring part, take your pick. And then watch them throw all that food and wasted time away. Still not a fan of establishments favoring mobile orders, which clearly this location did, as I watched those people come in, grab food and go. Overall, a 40 min visit including order time, I was giving myself one more order and going to ask for a refund and amazing my name came up.
