Was the very first truck there with an 8:00 a.m. appointment.... they took the 9:00 a.m. the 10:00 a.m. and every other truck after that besides me... at 10:00 a.m. my dispatch started calling them... when you go back up to the window and ring the buzzer they will not come in there to see what you want.... I rang it 17 times then finally went around to the front office and got her to see what was going on and they wouldn't even answer the phone for her... I dropped my trailer in the door and left to go get something to eat and she told me she would take care of it while I was gone... she was very nice .. I was gone for about an hour and when I got back my trailer still wasn't unloaded and it was about 2:00 p.m. when I finally did get out of there... but the boys in the back oh my God... They need to hire some help...

Appt at 07:00. Checked in at 06:00. Put on dock immediately. Empty and had bol 07:08. 5*'s. Friendly staff, bathroom, backing is medium difficulty depending on traffic volume, truck parking along road surrounding plant. Procedure: They open at 0600, no earlier check-ins possible. Office has red sign above door at NE corner of building. Go into room and call button is on silver box to your left while standing at window. Staff will give you a door. Leave seals on, doors are opened from inside building. After on dock, bol will be brought to you at greenlight. I had no lumper fees. Very upset as a company and very bad service from this company, my driver had an appointment for delivery at 7am. He was there ready at 6:50 am giving him a door and they began to unload an hour later and taking 7 hours to unload which is unusual and the fellow employees of the place very bad treatment and very bad service not recommending this place at all to any company to make deliveries.
