Burger King — Restaurant in Ada

I've had a lot of issues with this location but today was the last straw. We will never go back to this location. Today one of the employees verbally attacked us. We ordered online and used the buy one get one free on cheese for our two burgers. The first employ at the first window asked us very clearly if we would like one slice on each burger. We said yes. We were told she would let them know, when we drove up to the other window we were attacked. The woman at the second window said no we can't do that. We have to charge you .50 if you want cheese on the second burger. So to make this store short the manager came over (the one we have talked to company about in the past) she said its fine we just need to let them know at the first window. She then proceeded to through the first kind worker under the bus. The first girl did exactly what the manager said she should have done and was lieing saing she messed up. Never ever eat here unless you want to be abused and treated...

I ordered 4 burgers OK and she charged me more than what I ordered so I had to go backup there and re ordered my food and the manager came to assist and found out that the girl had the whole order worng, so we had to redo the order. And I want it some pickles so I asked the young lady for some pickles and she told me she had to charge me a certain amount of sense I was like OK so the manager came by that helped earlier with the situation and I asked her could I have some pickles in a cup and she says sure gave me a few pickles a couple of pickles a lot of pickles and I went on about my way where the other young lady that helped me early that gave me all of those dang burgers lol smh, that I did not need, she charge me for the pickles which was rt she was supposed to do at the same time, be kind to people and they'll be kind to you pickles are no...

Presentation 10/10 Burgers were wrapped with care and were placed in the bag perfectly alongside other food, it was neat and looked very professional. Fries were filled to the brim.

Taste: Whopper 8.8/10 Impossible Whopper 8.3/10 Both burgers were better than what I've recently eaten at the local Braums. Soda was crisp and tasted great.

Customer service: 6/10 average 👌

Building looked like a old hole in the wall small town Burger King, but they knocked it out of the freaking park and set some high expectations. Good job...
