The Home Depot — Local services in Ada

Yesterday I went to Ada Ok Home Depot to buy a water heater, I could find no workers to help me load it on my cart then there were NO cashiers, only self service chechouts - I attempted to scan a sticker off the box and it said I needed an attendant - took over 5 min to get help and he was not professional at all, got it paid for and asked if i could get help loading the water heater into my van, he said yes and then never called for help, we waited for over 15 min before we gave up and my 10 yr old and I got it loaded, no one ever showed up. I will never go back, would rather go to Lowes and pay a tad bit more and know there's help if I need it. I have never had such a bad experience at a home improvement store before. Well, 8:57pm and I realize I've left or dropped my phone they close at 9pm I'm 10 minutes away my wife contacts the store and spoke with Tyler who after making her verify my color OtterBox and devise says yes it's present ... So I whipped my truck and 40ft trailer hauling a f650 rollback wrecker around and get there in 8 minutes and yes they are closed ... A man responds to my knocking and I explain what my business is with the store "after hours" I even name dropped Tyler ...
