Most horrible grocery store experience I have ever had. Let the checker know that the bacon I purchased was marked 7.40 it rang up 9.55. He claimed he took off the wrong price and put in the correct price. I told him he didn't remove the 9.55 because I saw it which he said he did. Got out to the car and checked the receipt. He charged me twice. It was 103 outside so I am already miffed about not being listened to in the first place. Go inside the "customer service" manager who may have been 19 came over. She didn't believe me. We checked it on the shelf it was 7.75. She didn't apologize for the checker or for the stores error. I used a debit card that seldom puts refunds back even after 2 weeks. If you call in they charge you to help you. I asked for the cash back because I explained to her they never give you refunds. She refused. When she refunded back to my card ( I hope) I asked for a copy because this was the only proof I had. She told me no. Can't you print me another one? I said I have to have proof. She said, you are not getting one and if you don't leave the store now, I am calling the police. I was not yelling at her or threatening violence. I do not understand. I did tell her you are the worst customer service agent I have ever encountered. Apparently, the truth hurts. She would be better employed at a prison or government torture facility so she can take out her unhappiness and aggression on the inmates. I said do you have a copy machine? You can make me a copy. She said I guess I can do that. She then refused to give me back my original receipt but I did get it. I cannot recommend this store until they try to re-train employees. I have been in customer service all my adult life. I never thought I would be almost sent to jail for complaining of being charged twice over bacon.... Read morewent today to use some coupons I had, a few wouldn’t scan, they wouldn’t just manually type in the coupon and take off the price…instead all the immature teenage kids working wanted to laugh and play dumb, like they never seen or used a coupon before. After all this I paid and walked out checking my receipt and realized they kept a few coupons that didn’t work or scan and I paid full price for the items. I went back in to get a refund on the item that was supposed to be free with the coupon and the teenage manager apparently refunded me but charged me 10% and tax again which I had already paid for the first time around and didn’t even refund the full price of the item.
