Heavenly Buns Deli — Restaurant in Ada

I order through doordash I didn't know if you pick a bag of chips that means the cookie don't come with the kids meal. That happen twice so one day the lady calls me from Heavenly Buns tells me that but doordash still charger a 1.39 to get the chips on the kids meal. I made a note through the doordash app saying I didn't get the cookie. Okay, now the avocado I order on the side had black marks on it you could tell it was no good that happen twice as well and it cost 1.99 extra. I forgot it came that way the first time so I order it again and the same thing black marks on the avocado. Doordash doesn't just give money back like that you have to send in pictures etc... So not only did I send in pictures of the avocado both times to doordash, I showed my boyfriend... Yes I want what I pay for and I also want my family and I to be able to eat what I pay for!! I am not paying extra for chips to not get the cookie when the cookie supposed to come with the meal. Maybe Heavenly Buns doesn't know doordash charges a extra fee for adding the bag of chips but they do. Yes I am going to let doordash know that I didn't receive the cookie and the avocado was no good that I paid 1.99 for 3 little slices. Now Heavenly Buns doesn't want to accept my order no more and that's fine I just want what I pay for to be right and if I am charged to have chips added I want all I pay for. If it doesn't come in my order I want it fixed, I am sure anyone would... Heavenly Buns tomato basil soup is so good too and even though at first I didn't know about the switch out you guys do for adding a bag of chips Doordash still charges an extra 1.39 so at the end I am losing out if I don't get it fixed. Won't be back. Got a "philly", probably the worst Philly I've ever had. Honestly, it didn't resemble a philly by any stretch of the imagination. Bread was wrong, meat was wrong, sauce was wrong, cheese was wrong. It wasn't hot, but not quite cold either. Sort of that gross, lukewarm, in between temp. It should have been called a roast beef sandwich or something, because that's what it was. Also got a loaded baked potato, which was pretty good. Everything was fresh, it just wasn't hot like it should have been.

Wife got a veggie wrap. She asked for it toasted, but they didn't toast it. Told us after we got it that they can't toast a wrap without burning it. If you already know that, you should have told me before I ordered it.

For the $30 we spent, I expected so much more. I've had better lunches...

The prices here are really steep but they certainly don't skimp on the meat. I'm normally a meat lover but they go a little extreme here. I've had salads and sandwiches here on a few occasions and just couldn't eat my food because there was so much deli meat on it. The staff is always really friendly. Husband is from Wisconsin and ordered the Wisconsin cheese soup but wasn't impressed.
