If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst service I have EVER had at a Starbucks.... and I go to a lot of them. When I walked in, wasn't greeted by anyone at all, not even acknowledged. No biggie, I know it gets busy, I get that, but there was literally only 1 other person in the store. So, I waited at the counter for someone to take my order and the girl turned around and looked at me, didn't say anything like I'll be right with you, didn't say anything at all, and kept working. Then, when she was ready to take my order, all I got was "what's your order?" No hi no nothing and NOT friendly at all. So, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapp and a hot white chocolate mocha, something easy they couldn't mess up. So, she didn't so if I needed anything else or whatever and gave me my total. Fine. So when the drinks are ready, no cardboard holder on the hot drink and no stopper and my frapp was literally dripping from the lid and sticky. So, i asked for the holder and stopper then asked for a rag to clean up my frapp and the lady said "oh are we out of napkins?" I said no, but it's sticky and running down my cup.... thinking she would be like "oh I'm sorry let me clean it up for you" but instead was again told to use napkins. Only good thing was the drinks did taste good. This was by far the WORST service I've ever had at a Starbucks and I wouldn't suggest for anyone to go there if you want any kind of good service. I don't know their names but it was the morning of...
Read moreI go way to often. I love Starbucks. But I have not been happy with multiple recent visits. First of all everyone makes mistakes. That is understandable. It get busy and I can see how some can get overwhelmed. However, when I ask for a cold drink with no ice, I don't expect to get a Venti cup a little over half filled because I didn't want ice. Especially after paying over $9 per cup of coffee (after alternating almond milk or oatmilk instead of whole milk, adding Carmel to the cup and whipping cream with drizzle not to mention the extra shot of espresso)... After that I don't expect Starbucks to be stingy with an ounce or 2 of any kind of milk, even after I specifically say "fill the cup the rest of the way, even if I have to pay " ...And then shove a machine in my face and ask for a tip for that almost 10$ cup of coffee, at the window, for doing the job you were hired to do. A tip is something people have an option to give based on your attitude and service. Especially for those that do not make a minimum wage. People should not be bullied into giving more money. Which is basically what happens when you get put on the spot, like it is an obligation. Can you imagine how much extra, daily, times atleast 500 vehicles. Just Stop. Maybe time for a team meeting. Do...
Read moreThe wait isn't long for the four venti drinks. Initial greetings are decent, But the majority of the employees' demeanor after order is made leaves the customer feeling like they are less worried about being personable and more focused on the speed of product completion regardless of whether or not the drink was correctly prepared (which is a 50-50 chance might I add) in the first place. Quality of service doesn't reside only in the speed of preparation. Attention to detail, personable demeanor plays a large role as well to provide a nice customer experience. If you make a mistake, having an attitude when it is brought to your attention by the customer is the wrong answer. Again, the problems described above are about a 50-50 shot for most aspects of the Starbucks experience at this location. Still, these discrepancies are very avoidable with time and training in integrity...
