My inaugural visit to Sky Smoke and Vape left much to be desired. From the get-go, I sensed an air of indifference from the staff, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a welcomed customer. To my surprise, the employee on duty even walked away from me, leaving me standing there in disbelief.
After an uncomfortably long wait, I did eventually receive assistance, but any hopes of a warm welcome were dashed. Attempts at initiating small talk were met with short and unenthusiastic responses, highlighting a clear lack of customer-centric values in this establishment.
Adding to the disappointment, I couldn't help but notice that the prices at Sky Smoke and Vape were slightly higher compared to other shops in the area offering the exact same juices. While I understand that quality may come at a cost, the combination of premium prices and lackluster customer service solidify my decision to explore other options in the future.
Reading other reviews, it seems that I didn't receive the same treatment as some customers who were offered "deals" or samples. Despite the wide selection, no such gestures were extended to me during my visit. I recognize that everyone has a bad day, and perhaps I just happened to catch the staff on an off day. It's also possible that I might have appeared invisible, or maybe there was some misunderstanding that made me seem unwelcome or even intimidating.
Considering both the indifferent service, slightly higher prices, and the apparent lack of engagement compared to other customer experiences, I find it challenging to justify returning to an establishment that fails to create a positive atmosphere and charges more without clear justification. Numerous alternatives in the area prioritize both customer satisfaction and reasonable pricing, and I believe I'll be exploring those in the future instead. Overall, a regrettable first impression that has left me with no...

Got a vape cartridge from this store for 37.09, looked up the brand on their company website. The item is marked for only 22.00. Called the store, the employee seemed frazzled and at first thought I was trying to sell him product wholesale. Told me to come in. I came into the store, only wondering why such a mark up on price. At first he tried to give me the run around like he wasn’t sure what I was talking about. I showed the website, as well as bringing my already bought cart back and receipt. After that he told me it was up to the stores owner of what to sell things for and depended on him, I asked if I could talk to him then or if he could ask the question for me. The employee tried to call someone, no answer, after a few minutes of back and forth he finally says he can give me 7 dollar back for the product and that he has to mark things high like that so he can pay for his shift rate or his lights that month, this or that normal business operating expenses. Hey I’m all for paying for an expensive product, as long as you can tell me why there such a mark up on said thing, we all gotta make a living. Most places have no problem price matching even or at minimum disclosing why. Needless to say I won’t return there but make sure YOU aren’t over paying...
Read moreThis place is hands-down the best smoke shop I’ve been to in a long time. Super clean, well organized, and the selection is insane — from glass to vapes to all the new hemp-derived stuff. Prices are fair (better than most in the area), and they actually know their products instead of just pointing at shelves. The staff is friendly without being pushy, which I appreciate, and they’re always willing to explain the differences between products so you know what you’re getting. Definitely my go-to spot now....
