Itâs frustrating to write this because the businesses here are great â hardworking local owners, friendly service, and places I genuinely want to support. But the shopping center itself is really disappointing.
The signage is outdated and hasnât been touched in years â it doesnât reflect the awesome businesses. The parking lot is full of potholes and constantly a mess. Since the new owner took over, thereâs been zero effort to improve the appearance or upkeep of the property. It feels neglected.
Mars is an awesome town, and this plaza sits right at the entrance as you come in on Route 228 â itâs one of the first things people see and should be something weâre proud of. Hope to see it turn around someday soon. It could be a great community resource for Adam's Ridge residents if it were just better taken care of. Convive for example has done a great job of bringing new life to the center, and I think similar businesses would follow suit if it weren't so run...
