THE PERFECT PLACE TO SHOP FOR A SOULMATE. And you only place to go spend your money if you like to receive a warm locally owned family business handshake and smile after your purchase.
On July 13, 2016 my wife was killed in a motorcycle accident. The green Mavado bold watch that she had on was cracked. With tears in my eyes. I walked into the jewelry store that was in her jurisdiction and that she stopped at and checked in on from time to time.
You see, my wife was an off-duty police officer at the time of her death. She was a gorgeous blonde cop who died tragically on a beautiful motorcycle. You can imagine the attention that would receive. And it did.
Back to the story, I explained to Mr. Moses who I was. He embraced me like he knew me his whole life. The co-owner of this FAMILY business had Kristine's Movado watch fixed. Not only that, but he also replaced the slightly weathered band......... ALL FREE IF CHARGE.
That's right. The only thing left original in the watch was the internal mechanism. But to Tim Moses FAMILY AND LOVE come first. And for that very reason I swore to him on that day that if I ever healed and fell in love again I would return to his store and repay the favor.
I can happily say that that has happened. "How?" You might ask.
Wellllllllllllll
Shortly after Kristine passed away I broke out in hives. I didn't think anything of it but the next day I woke up and my body was starting to break down and go into shock. My hands were twice the size they should've been. I had hives had to toe. The bursa sacs in my elbows had blown out and I could not bend my arms to bring my hands to my face. Needless to say I wasn't doing too swell.
My body went into complete anaphylactic shock in a CVS minute clinic.
But the weirdest thing was that I drove past a perfectly good hospital emergency room that I had sought treatment in before and drove to a minute clinic!?
WHY?
My body was dumping massive amounts of cortisol into my bloodstream. And as a result I wasn't thinking too clearly (understatement of the century)! My distorted thought processes referred me back to where I saught healthcare when I first fell in love with Kristine. You see Kristine (my late wife) and I didn't have much money and were living with her mom when we first fell madly in love. Anytime I had some bronchitis or needed an antibiotic for anything I always stopped at the minute clinic by her moms house.
That's right. Because of Kristine I went to a minute clinic instead of a hospital.
😇💍😇💍😇💍😇💍😇💍😇💍😇💍😇💍 DO YOU BELIEVE IN ANGELS?!
I'm marrying the nurse practitioner that saved my life that day.
When I completely seized up and began vomiting and convulsing, that nurse practitioner had to make a quick decision to get me in an ambulance. ( she wanted to administer epinephrine… But I was literally afraid to be touched). I was a completely broken man.
" Stacie. On August 10, 2016 The door to your office was for me deaths door. I came to you broken and dying. Over the past two years you have nursed me back to health physically emotionally and spiritually. You are my absolute equal and I simply can not live without the world knowing I BELONG TO YOU And YOU BELONG TO ME! I owe you my life. Will you spend the rest of it with me holding hands in the sand? (We're moving to the beach)
STACIE MARRIE POLLOCK WILL YOU MARRY ME?"
Thanks to Moses Jewelers, a little mingling from my guardian angel and the epic triumph over tragedy love story that is my life.........

Read moreWe were looking for a man's band that was ornamental but not effeminate. Though we expressed this, the saleswoman only showed us plain bands. In spite of this, we ended up putting 1/2 down on a very plain men's band because my fiancé was determined to purchase from Moses, where he purchased my engagement ring, and thought the piece was better than nothing. We were told the band had to be ordered, that the order couldn't be placed until the following Monday, and it would take several weeks to come in. No problem. We were not advised of any other information. The day after the ring was supposedly "ordered" we called to cancel and were told "no problem". Instead, the next day we received an email from our sales woman stating the ring was in the store and could be modified to fit our style. When we responded to the email to remind her that the order had been cancelled the day before, we received an automated message that she was out of the office for the week. We then contacted another salesperson only to be told that nothing could be done until they spoke with her the following week. They also revealed that the day we called to cancel the order our original saleswoman put a rush on it and had it over-nighted instead. This is a super simplification of the encounter but the whole ordeal has left me very sour towards this establishment. It makes no sense to not be able to cancel the purchase of a ring that clearly did not have to be special ordered and which we have not taken delivery of! I can not imagine why any company would want to risk losing a $4,000 to $5,000 sale (my wedding band - not yet purchased) to save an $800 to $900 sale (this plain...
Read moreI recently purchased an engagement ring from Larry Moses and could not have had a better experience. My family has had the privilege of knowing the Moses family for years, so when the time was right for me to purchase an engagement ring, I knew there was no other place I would go other than to see Larry. Walking into the store, I had an idea that my experience would be special, but my expectations were exceeded by more than I imagined. In short, Moses Jewelers made my experience simply unforgettable. The way Larry was able to implement the ideas that my fiancé shared with me into the design of the engagement ring was second to none. His attention to detail was incredible. More importantly, Larry's caring and compassionate personality shined through in all the conversations we had so that I was completely comfortable throughout every step of the process. Now to get to the part that really matters... When I opened the Moses Jewelers box to propose, I was careful to take a moment to remember the look on my fiancé's face when she saw the ring. Well...she was blown away and said "YES" immediately. If you're reading this review and ready to propose, I would highly recommend saying "yes" to Moses Jewelers. If it was possible to give Moses Jewelers more than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so! You won't be...
