Bensenville's Center Theatre — Local services in Addison Township

I am at the theater today to watch a movie . The tickets are so reasonable and thank you . My complaint is at 6pm I arrive and I always get popcorn so I asked how long has it been sitting because the theater is empty. One of the youngsters working said I'm not sure and then the other said around 3pm.So I asked if they can make fresh popcorn. Can you believe they never tossed the old popcorn out missed the new with the old and showed an attitude. So when you all say grab some fresh popcorn just know it's not fresh very disappointing. Why make so much popcorn when you have no customers. I guess you shouldn't complain due to the low show cost. But I just learned a lesson and never to buy popcorn at this...

The little theater that could. The Bensenville Theater is a storefront; it doesn't have your standard large marquee. Step inside and you have a movie theater counter on your left and ice cream shop featuring Hershey's ice cream on your right. Just two screens with a decent amount of seating. If you are used to stadium seating, you'll be uncomfortable. Not a lot of leg room, but seats aren't too bad. The biggest draw is the price - $5 for adults and just $2 for seniors ages 60 and older, and you get a free small bag of popcorn to boot. Really cute, little, historic two theatre cinema in the heart of downtown Bensenville. If you are used to all the luxuries of the contemporary theatres you won't find that here. Old school seats and no areana seating. BUT, very economical. Both tickets and refreshments are very affordable. There are a lot of combo options that include tickets and snacks. We paid $15 for 2 adult tickets, one large popcorn, 2 large pops, and 2 pretzels with cheese. There is also a very lovely little ice cream parlor in the lobby. There are only two showings per movie per day, but the movies change each week. The have great specials for seniors...
