I went into Ray Orf’s Pro Shop after a 15 year absence from bowling, and the entire staff was extremely helpful, and spent a ton of time with me getting my span, and layout just right (even with several people waiting).

I really appreciated them taking that time with me, and their expertise in equipment, drilling, and explanation of the new tech in the industry.

I never once felt like they were trying to “sell” me anything, but rather listened and offered passionate and knowledgeable advice, I will definitely be back for all future bowling related purchases.

Went in to buy a new ball I thought I needed but after they went over everything with me all I needed was resurfacing and redrill.
