False advertising. First time customers do not get a movie for a nickel. Smells like mildew and diapers. Nothing is organized whatsoever. The lady was rude. I simply asked if there was a deal for buying 20+ movies, she laughed at me. We decided to put extra movies back for the rudeness. But asked about the first time buyer deal and was told she never heard of it, and mentioned people come in buying thousands of movies. Why would they give us a deal…. We left. Won’t be back. Just really sad. We decided to support small business, and are treated poorly. Back to Amazon.

Response to owner saying I was asked to leave… I most absolutely was not ever asked to leave. I did not steal anything. My boyfriend was ready to be a long term customer. The situation happened exactly how I explained earlier. If you have any video, feel free to check. Maybe she’s covering herself for stealing.

Used to love shopping online at this store cause there were so many blu rays and box sets I couldn't find but found them all there. Here for awhile now they seem to not be stocking online. Like Halloween is next month and only 3 horror movies available. Notice the inventory doesn't change much anymore like they used to cause some genres have had the same movies for over 6 months and nothing new added. Wish they would focus to the online people too cause I probably have spent a couple hundred dollars in movies here but not now. Or at least until the inventory comes back up to normal or I find another place. Was a good online site for movies but not no more sadly. If things change I will update might rating but if it's still 1 star it hasn't...

This is an awesome place! I have the many movies in boxes to prove it. I used to only buy my all time favorites in DVD or Blu-Ray. But, when I found this place right after it opened, it was cheap, and the selection wide. So, my purchasing expanded.

I saw some comments about the store not being in order. There is great deal of movies offered online It is kept in a separate section. You can also search for the online sections. So, it is possible to find a particular movie(s) without having to comb the entire store.
