Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Affton

Unfortunately my husband and I had the displeasure of a drive thru order from Sierra, specifically who could not have been more unprofessional. The order we left with was incorrect which is weird because we to repeat it to Sierra several times. Paid for a strawberry chocolate dipped blizzard we never got. How does an employee not know her products at her work I'll never understand. The 4th time the order was wrong I admit we asked for an explaination and had a new dq experience. This woman got so bipolar I'm assuming on us, and slammed the window shut laughing. So we paid for thing we never got and basically was verbally assaulted by this woman. Would love to ensure this experience isn't recieved by any customers in the future but...

Every summer, I look forward for this location to open up. The service has always been great! Today, was kind of a different story. I quickly got my ice cream cone, and realized there were 8 people gathering around the tables. Who were not supposed to be there, not practicing social distancing w no masks, and we called the girl in the store, and she basically denied they were there. Makes me think of not returning to...

If you haven't been to the dairy Queen at the corner of Mackenzie and Gravois and you live in The Affton area then you're not a true Afftonite.
