Burlington — Local services in Aguadilla

Terrible service. They may have great prices and better organization than other Burlingtons on the island but their managing is subpar at best. The line to pay takes up most of the store most of the time and they always seem to have only 1 or 2 cashiers available. Meanwhile the manager (the balding dude with the tablet) just seems to be standing near the front door looking at the line and doing nothing. Plus there are never any workers available if you need help...

This store had many items to offer but found their cashier person lacked customer service. I bought a little bit because the store had no bags and when I asked for one they were trying to sell me bags. I don't get it if you want customers to buy more products you should keep more in stock plastic bags for your customers. I'm a tourist and don't think customers should have to pay to have their merchandise bag. Customers already pay...

It is located inside Aguadilla Mall. They recently opened the line to the cash register are 1 hour plus. The store is a pretty nice size and have a lot of good deals.
