I came here to DTOP/DMV. I came here at 6am on a Saturday and left 1pm. If you need a real ID and you live in Mayaguez, this will be the closest. There's Ponce and Arecibo if you wish to travel that far. I chose this one because it was closest. You have to come early to even get a number. They will tell you come back another day if their numbers run out for the day. For the real ID you will need your passport which isn't in the instructions. Luckily I had mine because they won't accept the new "non real ID" in the airport and I just came back...
