Read moreI called and order food for 4 people. The cashier let me know that my food take 25 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes, pay for the food and the cashier/waitier told me that my food was about to come out. After 20 more minutes, my food still in the kitchen. I stand up, when she see me she told me once again my food was about to come out. I told her "that what you told me when I came in, and now it is almost 45 minutes."
I understand the food is fresh, and the kitchen team does it at the moment, but if going to take 45 minutes, I appreciate the honesty more than what was done in this case. The server told me I could go back to my hotel and get cash. I explained I had walked there and she kinda shrugged and said to let her know what I decide. I decided to walk back .... and go to “Vagón” for the amazing ceviche. It’s a shame I was really looking forward...
