So disappointing. This used to be a cute bakery with outstanding staff service and a great selection. I came around 930 on a Thursday. There was a long line, and not because people kept coming in. The person at the register had not sense of urgency or care for that matter. It was a shame because the person in the back doing the cooking was racing around to assist customers and keep thing moving. In terms of the food. I donât know when or why they lost touch with their fundamentals. They were never a sandwich shop with random convince store stuff but they are now. The selection of desserts was poor. The quesito which was one of their highlights was one of the worst I have ever had. We also got a puff pastry with guava. The appearance was great but the server picked it up by the top completely separating the filled pastry. This is a pretty silly thing to do in a bake shop but ok. Rather than put the top back on they decided to pick out a piece of puff pastry from the guava with their fingers, whyâŠ.it is make of the pastry. Then I figured well they will probably discard it and give us a new oneâŠ. Nope. They gave us the one they touched the inside filling with their fingers. I was so shocked I didnât even ask for a different one. As for taste it as decent but the puff pastry was way over portioned and if you can believe it,...

I also ordered a ham and cheese and I was super disappointed. It was way to salty. I would have let that slide but it was one disappointing item after another. The pastry I ordered wasn't even filled with guava. They lightly buttered it with guayaba and then baked it. I didn't give this place one star because I felt that it has potential if they make some changes. I understand the negative reviews because they are very similar to...
Read morePopped in early one morning before work. My brother-in-law told me it was a good spot for breakfast and lunch.
I used my mediocre Spanish to order a bocadillo but was stumped when the man behind the counter told me they didnât have the bread for that sandwich. He pretty quickly realized my Spanish was not good and switched over to English to give me a hand. Ended up with a bacon/egg/cheese on the âregularâ breadâ and with was AMAZING! Iâll be back for breakfast when Iâm working in Aguadilla.
(And Iâm working on...
