I’ve had my ring fixed twice by another jeweler. I just got it back Monday and the stone was already a little loose again, and I was really discouraged. I walked in asking to add prongs, reset it, anything that could fix it. After sinking money into it, I was offering to put more into making sure this wouldn’t happen again. They took it back and fixed it within thirty seconds and refused any payment. Apparently one prong was just loose still. Oh my word, I cannot explain in words how happy I've been with my experience! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I came in with my boyfriend (now fiancee) and we felt really defeated and like other places were taking advantage of us since we were looking at engagement rings. We got a better and bigger diamond for around 20-40% less than the big retailers in Augusta.
