I purchased a bottle of Twist from here. They seem to have inconsistent QC or just generally use different quality ingredients and/or a different manufacturing process depending on the batch and location etc. The juice tasted dirty and was a vastly different color from the previous bottle I had purchased.
To be abundantly clear, my poor review has nothing to do with this. That is outside of Lilac's control. Twist seems to be one of the most popular brands, so of course it's a reasonable business decision to carry them. In fact, I have to give two stars because of the way they initially handled it.
I brought it in to show them and ask them if they'd had any other complaints, etc. I assumed there would be nothing further they could do, but I was pleasantly surprised that they offered a 10% discount. The second bottle I purchased looked a bit better (I thought). They recommended I shake the gross one and leave the bottle open to expose it to oxygen. I brought it home and gave it to my girlfriend, and she showed me her current bottle (the not gross one) and I was very surprised at the massive color difference. One was clear and one was yellow. Without a label, nobody would assume they were the same flavor.
The next day I was in the neighborhood, and I figured I'd stop by just to show them how different the two bottles were just to provide them some context in case anyone else complained. I was not going to ask for a refund or discount or anything like that. I'm a pretty easy going guy and the previous interaction had been nothing but pleasant. The guy that identified himself as a manager came out, cut me off, and announced that my girlfriend must be getting "too used to the flavor". I explained that I actually just brought the bottle to show them what we were talking about in the difference in quality. He acknowledged that they were undeniably quite different. Continuing to be short and irritated with the whole interaction, he then declares that the yellow one looks like that due to oxidation. This didn't really make sense to me because his original recommendation to fix the gross one was to further expose it to oxygen by leaving the lid off for several days. I didn't bother to clarify this point because it was obvious by now that he was completely annoyed by the entire interaction when I was just bringing it to show them the difference in case they encountered any other complaints. Secondly, he obviously didn't know why there was such a difference in appearance and taste (which is perfectly okay, because he didn't manufacture it). He seemed to just be looking for any excuse to get me to go awsy. I imagine he assumed that I was going to ask for a refund or discount, which I was not.

Michael was very knowledgable regarding the types of vape units and more than happy to explain the ohms involved in the heads(I don't know the nomenclature/terminology) in how hard they will hit along with the battery life and methods of delicery in the units themselves. Joey was very helpful in knowing the tobacco flavored juices and their cigarette counterparts (I am a former cigarette smoker and that is mainly what I am familiar with. They also gave me a great deal for purchasing my rig? and took a hit on the price so I could get set up with both the vape itself and a bottle of juice. Very fair price and it tastes pretty decent. They also have a 30 day return policy if something goes wrong with the vape and they do Veteran discounts! (I did not serve myself)....
