This is the third thing I have got from them . I in the past have delt with the Aaron's on south Hawkins I was happy with them but they closed and I moved . With that being said in these times of uncertainty and people not working losing jobs and not knowing what the future has in store . We called them a few days before our bill was due to let them know that I wasn't working and they told us that they understand and they would defer our payment til next month. But just the other day they came knocking on our door looking for payment. We told them about the conversation and they said uh no we need our money. Now in these times it has become illegal to evict . Utility companies have stopped shut offs and if your utility was shut off they came out and turned them back on. Even mortgages have been put off . But this company doesn't care that was the greediest and most unsympathetic thing I have ever heard of. When I begin to work again I will save up money and they can have this stuff back . And I know alot of people and will let them all know not to deal with these people . This company doesn't care about people or their situation they only care about money . I mean why are they even open they are not essential. All I have to say is karma is a hitch . Very disappointed 😞 I hope they close it would serve them right for their uncaring business. I reserved a piece of furniture online and was approved. The day before it was to be delivered the gm called me and said they can’t deliver it to me because the tenant I had didn’t pay their bill. The tenant I had left 7 months ago and I had no control over what they paid or didn’t pay and my name wasn’t on their account but because the former tenant had the account listed at my address Aaron’s wouldn’t let me rent the piece of furniture. For five days I was planning on it and was notified the day before. Also it was only a 16 dollar per week purchase and why am I being punished for the tenants bad behavior. The gm belittled me and made me feel like I was to blame. I have an auto immune disease and chronic back pain and have been sitting in a dining room chair and so I was excited about the couch. But here is the good news. God provides. Rent a center in tallmadge helped me get a couch and they were so kind and respectful. I highly recommend rent a center in Tallmadge, you will get a fair price and be treated with kindness and respect. I do not recommend Aaron’s on Arlington. You will not be treated with kindness...

Placed an online order. Says I was approved for x amount a month, signed a lease and everything. App said pending delivery called the store because they called me. This man tells me that since I had an item in 2008, yes SIXTEEN years ago that I have to physically come into the store and fill out another app (already did online app and was approved) and give them references. I have no way to get there currently so I called and asked if I can just send them my ID, references, and whatever via email they said no.

It is 2024, paper apps are outdated. I don’t care what I did 16 years ago, I am a different person now so don’t let some app approve me and then you want me to come in there and kiss your behind. Rent a center and Eagle rentals are mor le that happy to rent to me.
