Some weird things happened and at one point I had stylist a lot of times with scheduling issues. She would say she’s gonna be late because of her child or asked if I can make the appointment earlier, but when it came to my schedule ? I may have to change my appointment a day before to a different day it was terrible because I was treated like I was a consistent no shower who didn’t ever come on time to the appointments and then told that the manager” Joe said I had to be put in a scheduling pool of fit in when available Which, for several appointments, I got switched around to different stylist that I’ve never had before A manager shouldn’t be calling a client from a salon treating them the way I was treated. This is UnprofessionalI managed four different stores and traveled over the years. That’s never been a problem at other salons but at this salon, you will get a call from the manager telling you that the stylist has told him that she can no longer take you as a client because you’ve changed the schedule ,I understand that if somebody is changing the appointment last minute, but a few days shouldn’t be a problem. I’m also not OK with price changing on customers and to explain ,As I was checking out it was $90 more than what I was quoted for my hair appointment and I basically was just getting my root touched up and toner and a haircut and style the price would vary drastically from one appointment to the next,so I was not understanding why so the manager called me because he said the stylist felt I didn’t want to pay for the services ,very strange how things are handled I didn’t feel comfortable that the stylist couldn’t discuss this with me and be clear on the price and the price be the same when it was time for me to pay for my services. There’s too much confusion to go into all of it, I’m in a very unhappy place after all these years, the salon went downhill in customer service, so I began checking out other salons found one and so I am very, very, very happy she’s excellent did highlights on my hair and everything turned out beautifully. The cut is so amazing. My husband said I don’t even need to and curl my hair anymore. It falls Perfectly into place we do a lot of video and we are musicians so looking good is important not just for every day but for those events. The new salon that I went to Is up-to-date and very clear with pricing, accommodating for our schedule very kind and you communicate directly with the stylists no surprises at the front desk no calls from the manager Joe, that are uncomfortable and weird! Also, just to note I fell down in front of Bella Bronze after leaving when I got my hair done I tripped over lip of sidewalk falling on my injured arm and someone ran in to tell the stylist I fell and needed help! I was so upset She did not come out to see if I was OK , Knowing I just had major surgery and was in an arm sling in a cast for six months !!! Another woman suggested I make out a report for the incident And I also went to see if my wrist was OK cause it was in a lot of pain and I just had surgery on my elbow so I wanted to make sure everything was OK with it. You would think the manager would’ve called me then to see if everything was OK or at the very least the stylist Josi But no phone call. I had to call them several days later and let them know. The pain stopped and the x-rays came back. Nothing was broken small sprain. There’s wonderful salons all around me, but I still would’ve stayed true and faithful to doing business with Bella Bronze But integrity is important to me And kindness and good customer service is a must! I found that after all this ordeal that there’s truly fantastic kind talented and amazing stylists everywhere and never hurts to try them out and so very happy with mine now!!! My family has switched to my salon as well! Groupon has fantastic deals! i’m blessed that I found a stylist with a lot of experience a sweet personality and...
Read moreI normally don’t write reviews about companies but I feel like this is something that needs to be seen by the public. I have been to this place twice for hair related service as well as eyebrow service. BOTH times they have done irreversible damage to my hair/brows that I am still having to pay for and try to fix myself. I got my eyebrows waxed here and I’m not sure how they are able to hire and pay employees who literally RIP off majority of your brows and then proceed to charge you for it. My eyebrows were waxed by someone there (starts with a K) who literally ripped off most of the hairs and they still have yet to grow back to the shape and fullness they were prior to stepping foot in that horrible place. I have to do my eyebrows every day now and I will need to get them microbladed because they are so badly mutilated beyond repair. I’m not sure what they use as their wax but it is horrible quality that literally prevents ANY regrow. It’s unreal.. Next, and this one is absolutely horrible to the point where EVERY hairdresser I have seen since I got my hair colored there has been absolutely shocked and horrified about the condition this salon left my hair in. I went there in March to get color done and I was explicit with the color I wanted; I showed the hairdresser pictures of what I wanted exactly and she said she could do it. This “hairdresser” proceeded to bleach my already platinum blonde hair TWICE And then color it a completely different color than I had asked for. My hair was a brassy brown color on top and a platinum blonde color on bottom which is what I did not want at All. I can’t even begin to explain how brassy and disgusting it looked. Now that’s just the color aspect... because this “hairdresser” didn’t seem to understand how to color hair without destroying it beyond belief, my hair was absolutely FRIED to the point where I am still having problems with it in July and I can’t do anything about the brassiness she so graciously left me with. This place seems like they know what they are doing but legitimately every service I have had done here has left me with damage, less money (did I mention they charged me $420 to turn into a copper head), and feeling absolutely HORRIBLE about my appearance. They have destroyed my self confidence from the services they have done to my hair and brows and I really hope someone reads this review and seriously reconsiders giving this awful, money hungry place their business and the chance to destroy their self esteem like they have done to me. The worst part about this place is that they pride themselves on being partners with redkin and that everyone who works there is an expert on coloring and that is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. People at other salons have told me that damage they left me is so severe they should reimburse me with deep conditioning treatments!! This place is a nightmare and really shouldn’t be in business if they are just going to destroy people’s hair and bodies and leave their customers feeling awful about their appearance and damaging their hair. This business is a Horrible place with people who are obviously only in it to overcharge customers and act like an upscale salon when they can’t even wax or color hair without damaging it. Don’t spend...
Read moreI’ve been here just a few times and finally found a stylist I liked for my hair. I had been planning a big haircut all summer and I had an appointment with her. When I get there, my appointment had been cancelled by mistake so my stylist wasn’t there. This is already annoying but I made the trip here and they offer someone who is free at the moment so I agree. This was my mistake, really. Again I was cutting off around 8 inches of hair. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and said I wanted lots of layers. My hair is thick and needs layers to lay right. A cute short haircut that I can blowout. I said I wanted the length just above my shoulders. The stylist seems noticeably rushed and maybe even annoyed by the inconvenience. For some reason they had someone help them blow dry my hair… even thought I cut off all my hair so what’s left to need help with. It felt awkward and I was being tugged at two different ways by brushes and dryers. I left on the verge of tears. Here’s what I got: length was just below my EARS (I lost 10 inches) I have layers so short they are shorter than my bangs/face framing and it’s ugly. I’ve made the most of this and style it messy in a early 2000s girl punk way. It’s already grown out after a few weeks and styling it this way is no longer working. The layers are still so short I can’t do much with it at all, making this all so upsetting once again. Frankly, I’ve never been impressed with this salon. If you aren’t becoming/maintaining blonde or another color, I can’t recommend this place. The stylist offered I can return within a week if I find something that needs fixed for free, but what is left to cut? Its already too short. I have included pictures. What I had, what I wanted, what I got. Again, I’ve made the most of it but it isn’t what I asked for. The stylist is lucky that it has been Gwen Stefani summer and I’m making it work because what was their plan when they were cutting this? What was the vison? It is so far off what I wanted. I tried to find a picture that you can see how ridiculously short...
