I did not like how my husband and I were treated by a young male cashier at the second register and Samantha at the first register today. We are regular customers who waited in the storeās long line while the male cashier decided to give himself a ābreakā while a customer he was in the process of checking out decided to go back out on the floor to get more items. After we walked to his register after 3 minutes of him doing nothing, he looks at us and says heās not ready and says heās waiting for the other customer to return. We then walked back to register one because the third register was doing a lot of returns/exchanges or whatever with a customer I assume since they were taking extremely long too. Samantha at register one is chatting it up with customers with no concern for the growing line. When the customers at register 1 finally leave 6 or 7 minutes later (guy at register 2 is still taking his ābreakā while trying to look busy and appear to search for the lady who decided to go back and shop for more items) we walk up to register 1 and Samantha looks at us with a confused expression like she didnāt see us walk past her in our attempt to pay for our items at the 2nd register. She then tells us we need to get in line. We told her we were already in line for a long time and tried to go to the 2nd register. I was very unhappy with the interaction with these cashiers and I will most likely cancel my account with this store because of this...

I am writing to report an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. As a first-time customer, I was looking forward to exploring your offerings with my 4-year-old nephew. However, our experience was marred by an encounter with your store manager, Faith.
While I appreciate the importance of safety, Faith's approach in addressing my nephew's behavior was both abrupt and impolite. Her demeanor made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, ultimately leading me to leave the premises. Despite my attempts to address the situation calmly, Faith persisted in a manner that I found unprofessional.
I believe that all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of their attire or background. As someone with managerial experience myself, I understand the significance of upholding professional standards in customer interactions.
I would like to request information regarding the consequences that will be imposed on Faith for her unprofessional conduct. I trust that your management team will address this issue promptly and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.

I would love to give more stars as their store has a great selection, however the professionalism of management and the customer service is absolutely disgusting...I am new to the area & purchased 2 area rugs from here for my new apartment. When I got home I took them out of the plastic wrap to put in my office to find huge orange stains on them. I immediately took them back to the store with my receipt & the bar code sticker for the rugs ( not even 10 mins later ) & explained what happened to the service clerk & asked to exchange them for a new color. The manager, Haywood I believe his name was, proceeds to roll the rugs out on the floor & tells me "he would of seen those stains". I told him that I unfortunately did not due to the plastic wrap. He then takes off for 5 minutes without saying anything to me & comes back with another rug & then proceeded to tell me that "these rugs were not purchased here." I said that I was just there 10 mins ago & had my receipt. He then laughed in my face & said "well I guess I'll have to go check the cameras then." Needless to say I left there crying. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this especially coming from customer service... I will never be shopping...
