Group dance classes are awesome, affordable, and a lot of fun, however; investing in yourself with Michie to break bad habits, refine your techniques which set you apart from others, and leveling up your skill at your own pace and within your own capabilities whether it be fast or slower I found invaluable.

I like high return on my investments, I work hard for my money and my time is limited. Michie was one of the best investments I’ve made in years. Michie added finesse to my Bachata dancing, setting me apart from others after just one privet lesson.

I’m a beginner and did a few group classes before meeting with her. After learning a little style in my private lesson, I took another beginner group lesson. I employed some of what I learned from Michie and was thrilled with the results. I noticed the instructor‘s eyes turning to me and pauseing. I think they were wondering: “where did he get that style from? He sure didn’t have it the last time two times her was here.” Also, a few partners I rotated with were complementing me on my dance, that didn’t happen before. And there is more….

When hiring a dance instructor I want not only someone who is very experienced, but also somebody with the temperament, patience, good judgment, professionalism, and a great personality I can connect with. I do not want a robot instructor following some script that they do day and day out. My experience with Michie exceeded all my expectations.

I started going to Salsa Heat a little over one year ago and I can honestly say this was a life changing decision! I’ve become more confident, made new friends, found new ways to exercise and overall, I’ve just been happier. I would like to mention a few instructors below. Eymar is the first instructor I’ve ever taken at Salsa Heat. He is the one who will get you where you need to be QUICK! He has taken the time to improve my dance moves and reminds me that I don’t need to rush through my moments. He even allows come to continue coming back after stepping on his feet multiple times 🫣

Brenda may be the lead’s favor! She continues to challenge the guys and the ladies with their shines, she is great!

Austin & Crystal teach Bachata on Tuesdays and I LOVE THEM! I feel sexy and I feel challenged on Tuesdays. Austin definitely challenges the guys every week.

In my opinion Linda is the best at explaining the movements… she will show you and give examples to really help you understand each step.

Sammy/Michie are so welcoming and great at giving you the foundational steps for Bachata and Salsa.
