The worst, very disorganized subway experience I’ve ever had. It seemed like it was all 4 employees first day on the job. I came in and the line was long while employees kind of just stood there looking around. I told the employee that we were ordering 2 sandwiches. As the man was making my first sandwich, the woman who was in front of me waited for her sandwiches to be made but the employees were just standing there instead of assisting her. After realizing the woman was waiting for her food, the employees started making her sandwiches and completely ignored that I wanted a second sandwich and moved on to the next person behind me in line. Eventually the guy who made my sandwich came back and asked me what my second sandwich would be, but at that point it had been almost 10 minutes since my sandwich had been made (and I knew it would be soggy by then from waiting so long). None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there and were verbally complaining (loudly) about the amount of customers. Another man in line even walked off after waiting in the non moving line. This was the worst subway location I have ever visited and I told them to take my first sandwich off because I don’t want a soggy sandwich. There was absolutely no organization on how they were taking orders (my first sandwich was literally done before the woman in front of me was helped and my second sandwich was started after the person behind me had ordered). I will not be returning to this location because clearly employees don’t know what they...
Read moreI placed an order online at this Subway location using a deal, and I was hoping for a smooth, grab-and-go experience. The whole point of ordering ahead, to me, is to avoid the lines and minimize interaction just pick up and go. When I walked in, I noticed my sandwich sitting behind the counter instead of in the pickup area. I get that some stores might keep orders there for security or accuracy, but it kind of defeats the purpose of contactless pickup when you still have to wait and ask for it.
There were a couple of people in line ahead of me, so I waited. While I was waiting as multiple sandwiches were being made i asked for my order, but the employee said it was just being made. I knew it wasn’t, because I’d literally seen it behind the counter. After a bit of waiting they tried handing me the wrong person’s order—I finally got my food.
The employee was at least kind enough to let me switch out my chips, since the online chip options were super limited. That part I appreciated 🙏🏽.
But when I got home and started eating, the sandwich didn’t really hit. The meat portion felt pretty light, and the bread was extremely stretchy and tough, to the point where chewing became more of a workout than a meal. It kind of made me not even want to finish eating 😕.
Overall, it was okay. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for when choosing the “convenience” of online ordering. A little more attention to process and food quality could...
Read moreHonestly I didn’t last more than 60 seconds in this place. Decided to call the store for a simple question so I wouldn’t waste gas. The phone rang for a full 60 seconds before someone picked up and then hung up the line. So I called again while simultaneously driving to the store (I live behind the store), and after 30 seconds someone finally answered (I was parked in front of the store by this time), I asked them why did someone hang up the line the first time I called and I was told with attitude that the store is extremely busy with customers (the parking lot was empty and no one was inside). So I hung up the phone on the lady, and I walked inside. I walked inside to find two employees and an empty restaurant with ZERO customers. One male employee was sitting on the booth scrolling through his phone, and the lady (who I assumed answered the phone since no one else is there) was behind the line wiping away. She greeted me and I immediately asked her where were the customers that kept her so busy, she HAD to hang up the phone in my face….. she looked stunned and looked at the male for an answer. I dismissed whatever excuse she was planning on stewing and asked the ONE question I had and I FINALLY got an answer after this HUGE INCONVENIENCE….. this store needs to shut down. Management doesn’t like hiring...
