I hate to right anything negative, but I really feel I should share our experience with others. I haven't eaten KFC for almost 20 years (since 2000-2001) & my hubz honestly can't remember the last time he did. The young man (teen) working the drive-thru was very short when taking our quite simple order of.... 3 piece basket of honey mustard chicken tenders w/coleslaw side & biscuit, 4 piece basket same flavor w/mac & cheese side & biscuit, plus an extra side of coleslaw & 2 more biscuits.
He kept saying "anything else?" & "is that it?" while I was ordering. I felt extremely rushed like I he didn't even want to take my ordered. Then he got it all screwed up when repeating it back to before he gave the total. I decided not even to order a drink at this point because I didn't want to confuse him or make it any more difficult. When I pulled up to the window and paid, he asked me to pull my car ahead to a parking spot and wait there because they have to finish making the food. Mind you there wasn't anyone behind us in line. Almost 10 minutes later, our order was finally ready, but instead of walking it out to us he leaned out the drive-thru window & waved at me to drive back. When we finally got the food, it was the wrong flavor chicken tenders (spicy buffalo) & they forgot our extra side & biscuits that were ordered & paid for. Without exaggerating, the chicken tenders we're extremely greasy with soggy breading, sitting in a pool of greasy sauce in the bottom of the containers. We couldn't eat it. It was absolutely disgusting. We've never been huge fans of fried chicken, but only because it's unhealthy, not because we don't enjoy it. I can't imagine anybody eating the chicken we were given tonight. I don't understand how all of this took place, but I hope this is not how it is for others. I know that we won't be going back.... my husband didn't even want to go back to return the food & request a refund, knowing that we wouldn't be eating anything but a little coleslaw & some biscuits for dinner. Last but not least, our receipt doesn't even match our order so I'm certain we were charged improperly as well. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! You can't make this...
Read morePlaced an order online , when coming in the store however I was 1st told they didn’t have the order, I was like ok maybe I got the location wrong, when I see it’s the right location I go up again politely and say it’s the right location and show them my phone. That’s when the female worker then changed her answer to “oh something went wrong with our system, the payment didn’t go thru” I was like ok and then checked my bank statement to which a surprise to no one the charge was there. I then go up again annoyed and that’s when she finally said oh “that order has been picked up already”, which obviously means they just handed my order to somebody else or they ate it or messed up somehow. To me It’s fine if u guys made a mistake and gave out my order but to try and be passive aggressive about it and suggest that I picked up my own order just to go back in and get another one for free is frustrating. The least you can do is just make my order again when I’m showing you all the proof of me not getting something I clearly paid for without having to go thru the trouble of reaching out to my bank for a refund , which is now what I’m going to have to do because she refused to accommodate the mistake that they obviously made. She even suggested their hand off system for mobile orders is so secure when it obviously isn’t cause then I would actually have my food. Person who served me was in her 30-40 , might be a manager idk but either way handled everything so rudely and...
Read moreAfter proceeding arriving to the facility with 2 cars in the drive thru, one customer waiting on food. I thought it was any other visit. I asked for them to take my order personally versus using there kiosk due to several germs and whatever else is going around. I asked for a 16 piece at 2030 or 830pm at night. They informed me they could not do it. I said well you guys close at 11pm, they said yes, I said. Well go ahead and drop them. The lady said they could not so I asked for the night time manager. I then asked him if he could do it, he said yes but it will take 30 minutes. I said, that's fine drop them, go ahead and drop them. Drop them. Meaning drop the chicken into the deep fryer. Most common sense would tell you that as you stand literally less than 10 feet away from a deep fryeer. I then ask for the GMs name. He tried to spell it I said let's get a pen and some receipt paper to write it down so I won't forget. He then got upset walked away, like the typical young employee that is roaming this area. I then asked, excuse me, could I possibly get that name. He said call the front door, the front door, the door. I said yes. Is this customer service, really? While the other team members, agreed with said night time manager because apparently I was wrong and offended them by saying "drop them, drop them" clearly they must have misinterpretted that as coming off rude, while I was professional. 35 minutes I waited for food, when the door says, fast,...
