I love loft products, and I have been purchasing them for years. I very much wanted to browse today and get some Christmas presents however, I also wanted to use the restroom. The sales assistant sent me to the store next-door because they don’t have a restroom only to hear her sending someone else to the bathroom they have in their own store. I had a great experience at The Loft on 5/28/25. Fabiola helped me narrow down my favorite pieces because I liked everything I tried on.
